Paul Whitfield established Fox Whitfield after working at Pinsent Masons LLP. He realised that by minimising overheads a smaller specialist firm of employment lawyers can provide the same, if not better, service as large law firms to clients at lower costs. Fox Whitfield also offers a level of personal service and consistency to all clients that many larger firms can’t offer and we have built a reputation for aggressively representing our clients and providing them with pragmatic and honest advice.

Due to our size we are able to understand the needs and backgrounds of our clients.
